With the backdrop of the globally amounting interest and evaluation in Noh and Kabuki culture, which are typical Japanese tradition and culture, Mr. Yamaguchi , director of Yamaguchi Noh attire institute, who is active in his career at home and abroad, gave us a lecture under the title of "Beauty of Noh and its attire". We deepened knowledge of current Noh stage and restoration and making of Noh attire which we rarely have an opportunity to see them. By having a look at original Noh attire of Kishu and Maeda families in Edo period we could understand the depth and importance of Noh and its attire which is the typical and internationally known Japanese culture.
