From October 5th to 8th the delegation composed of Orchestra members at Canisius Kolleg SHS in Berlin, Germany came to Gifu. They not only held a concert of orchestra but also develop exchange activities by paying visits to Gujo SHS and listening to the brass band performance at Ogaki East JHS. The delegation was composed of totally 31 members including 26 students and conductor and 5 graduates. They arrived at Japan on September 26 and came to Gifu after attending to exchange activities and holding a concert in Tokyo and Shizuoka. GWY hosted the program held in Gifu prefecture.
The delegation came to Gifu on October 5th and firstly enjoyed tea ceremony as the experience of Japanese culture. After these activities they stayed at private homes in Gifu city, Ogaki city and several places in Seino. On 6th they held a concert at Ogaki Suitopia Center. The level of their performance surpassed that of SHS. Applause lasted long after their performance. On 7th they visited Shirakawago, one of the world heritages in Japan and went to Gujo SHS to attend the exchange activities. On 8th they engaged in cultural exchange with Ogaki East JHS through their brass band performance. They left Gifu for Nara to hold a concert of orchestra there.
